1. Eligibility and Use of the Site

   The transaction currency and the final amount charged to the customer are displayed on the order completion page before payment is confirmed. The card-issuing bank may apply currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences in accordance with its terms and conditions, and PRONTAG is not responsible for these fees.

   Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers via a secure connection. The customer must be legally authorized to use the card or payment method provided.

   The cardholder must keep a copy of the transaction record and the store’s policies. Processing more than one order or separate transaction may result in more than one entry on the cardholder’s statement.

   If the return is accepted, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method in the original transaction currency, if available. The refund may take the amount of time determined by the payment provider and the card-issuing bank.

4. Order Confirmation

Confirmation of order receipt or payment is sent to the customer via email, text message, or the contact method provided in the order. We may contact the customer to verify certain information before processing the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to the shipping and delivery policy posted on the website. The customer is responsible for providing a valid address and phone number. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by shipping carriers, customs procedures, and circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellation, Replacement, and Returns

Cancellation, exchange, and return requests are subject to the policy posted on the website. Accepted electronic payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

PRONTAG does not conduct business with, nor does it provide products or services, directly or indirectly, to countries, individuals, or entities subject to sanctions imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or any other applicable sanctions, in accordance with the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

9. Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute or claim arising out of the use of the Website or a purchase made through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

10. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
